Cuci4bet Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to cuci4bet. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the cuci4bet platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cuci4bet platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and cuci4bet (the platform). cuci4bet reserves the right to update, modify, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. • Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the cuci4bet account.
• Cuci4bet reserves the right to request proof of payment if there is any doubt regarding a transaction.
• Deposits made through a third party (another person) will not be accepted and will be returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

The primary currency supported by the cuci4bet platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Support for cryptocurrencies such as USDT and Bitcoin is also available through the relevant deposit section.

Winning withdrawals at cuci4bet are processed quickly, typically within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have completed the KYC process. For new accounts or first-time withdrawals, an additional review period may apply.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• The withdrawal method must match a deposit method previously used on the account.
• Cuci4bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus rollover requirements.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your membership tier.

Cuci4bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, weekly rebates, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Cuci4bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and wins.

All games offered at cuci4bet use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.

• In the event of a technical error or system disruption, cuci4bet reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return the wagers to players.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and recorded in the system cannot be cancelled.
• For Live Casino games, the result announced by the dealer is final.
• Cuci4bet reserves the right to impose maximum betting limits on any game at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci4bet platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of balance:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage over other players.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the infrastructure of the cuci4bet platform.

Cuci4bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.
• A user-initiated account closure request (including for responsible gaming reasons).

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cuci4bet support team. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via a previously used payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

Cuci4bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including but not limited to:

• Losses caused by internet disruptions or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
• Losses arising from a user's inability to access their account due to scheduled system maintenance.

Cuci4bet will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, but cannot guarantee a fully uninterrupted service.

Cuci4bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or through the registered email address.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the cuci4bet platform after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
